STAUFF clamp bodies Heavy Series smooth are designed for the reliable support of large diameter flexible piping. Thanks to their completely smooth inner surface, they allow the hose to position itself without marking, reduce friction and ensure stable holding in installations where the pipe must maintain a certain freedom of movement without experiencing excessive stress.

Made of polypropylene, they offer excellent resistance to chemical agents, shocks and temperature variations. Their reinforced design, compliant with the standard DIN 3015 Part 2 (Heavy Series), ensures a durable fastening suitable for demanding industrial environments, particularly when hoses carry pressurised fluids or are subjected to significant mechanical stresses.

Available in a wide range of diameters from 6 to 406 mm, they are suitable for many applications: heavy machinery, hydraulic flexible circuits, mobile equipment, production lines, maintenance and repairs.
